Customer reviews / Our process

Trust comes
from the details.

Hypnofy owns and operates these reviews. Here is what we check, what we publish, and what our labels mean.

Verified purchase

We match the reviewer’s signed-in account to a protected payment record for the program. Free access and a session being marked ready do not, by themselves, qualify for this label. A refund does not erase a genuine purchase.

This confirms a customer relationship. It does not independently verify an outcome, prove that hypnosis caused a change, or establish who a person is outside Hypnofy.

Confirmed in their own words

The customer chooses a public name, rating, and review, agrees to publication, and confirms the exact wording and any photo using a private link sent to their verified email address. We do not rewrite reviews. Each customer has one current review per program type, even if they bought it more than once.

A photo is optional and is reviewed with the words before publication. We resize it and remove embedded metadata, including location data. A photo is provided by the author; it is not independent proof of identity. Permission to show it with a review does not grant permission to use it separately in advertising.

We send a receipt with the published wording and a permanent public reference. The reference identifies that review; it is not a password or independent certificate.

The same rules for every rating

Positive, mixed, and critical experiences are invited on the same schedule. Private check-in answers do not decide who gets invited. We show published reviews newest first, not highest rated first.

Before publication, we check for personal information, abuse, spam, and content that is not a firsthand account. A low rating or disagreement with Hypnofy is not a reason to withhold a review. If a review is withheld, we tell the author why and explain how to make changes within the editing period or contact us to challenge the decision.

No reward is offered for these reviews. Selected stories elsewhere on our site are separate from this verified-review collection unless they have gone through this process.

The author stays in control

You can edit or remove a review before publication and for 30 days after it is first published. Choose Edit on your signed-in feedback page to change the words or photo, or remove the review. The editing screen and publication receipt show the deadline. Edits, withdrawal, and republication do not restart the 30 days. An edit takes the previous version, including its photo, out of public view while the update is confirmed and moderated. Private feedback and three-day check-ins are never automatically published.
